The picture is amazing. I'm not even streaming in 4K and it's still amazing. This TV works really well with all of my streaming services (Netflix, Disney+ and especially Amazon). Dish does NOT work well with OLED55C2PUA. I have been unable to pair the Tv remote with dish box or the dish remote to the TV. I've updated the software on everything and tried tech support multiple times but it's just not happening so we're juggling remotes. I'm also having issues with the sound. My husband is hard of hearing and uses Bluetooth headphones while I listen via the soundbar. The TV allows TV speakers and Bluetooth device to operate simultaneously but won't allow digital optical (soundbar) and Bluetooth at the same time. I'm still working on that one. I can't say enough good things about this tv. Not a single issue with the seller. Having come from a 700$ 65" samsung "uhd" TV with "hdr", I know now what hdr actually is. You definitely get what you pay for with this TV. I bought it a week before god of war ragnarok released and I'm so glad I did. Playing XSX or ps5 on this TV is is amazing. Warzone at 120fps with low latency feels like a different game. I play in a room with blackout curtains so glare and reflections are no problem so make sure that's not an issue for where you want to put.     • AI features could use work
The picture and sound quality have an AI feature. Sometimes it won't kick in at all, and sometimes it will stop working in the middle of the show or movie which leaves the picture extremely blurred and pixelated. When it does work, it's very crisp and detailed. Seems as if the people on screen are right there in front of you. The sound quality is great too, again when the AI works. It's easy to get rid of the black bars on movies and shows within the settings. The magic remote is great to use. Only issue with it so far is not being able to scroll sometimes. I haven't used alexa or Google features yet. Gaming on Xbox was beautiful and smooth. Just remember to go into settings to update the refresh rate to 120 as mine was set to 60 out of box. There's a lot of settings and features to mess around with. Overall, I love it. Just hope AI is updated soon. ... show more
