This came with 1 of the hdmi ports not working. I contacted Vanns who said, no problem, just pack it up and ship it back. There is no way I can get this back in the box. Amazon would not get back to me so no joy there either. Picture is OK, not as good as it was touted to be. The TV is somewhat flimsy but probably because it's so big. As far as the remote goes, it has an arrow to point to things but you have to hold it steady on the thing then click... maybe easier to use two hands. I use the voice to change to different hdmi ports. I don't like that it wants to do everything online and it's hard for me to find regular tv channels. This is a basic 4k TV which plays rather well though lacks many features of more expensive models. However, it's a good value TV which allows many configurations. Picture and sound quality are good. The only issue I had was the stand is not adequate and the TV can tip over if placed on a TV table. Suggest wall mounting if possible. It's to big for me to pack up and send back, (may have to find a way) so I have gotten LG to come and look at it. Could be a simple fix but very discouraging to have had to wait for the TV and it shows up, most likely, broken. They should test the TVs before they sell them. Amazing picture, crisp, clear images, feels like you are right there no matter what you are watching. TV had easy set up and smart remote is easy to use. Love the ability to have all my components on one remote instead of 3 separate remotes.

I just got it out of the box and hooked up, so I haven't watched it much yet, but what I've seen I really like. The packaging was great cause the UPS guy dropped it twice on the driveway and it was 6 below, but to my surprise it works.

The tv is as expected. Good picture but the remote doesn’t work. The seller offered to refund a small percentage of the cost but I had to buy a new remote in lieu of returning the tv. I agreed and they never upheld their end. I am returning it all.
