High quality carry-on with plenty of expensive pluses. Metal corners, front opening for computer and other paper work, easy spinner on carpet. Fairly roomy inside. Not as expandable as a soft side but expansion zipper allows another 2 inches of space if needed. Perfect for short trip and fits well in overhead.

Let me start by saying: this bag is a stunner. It glides like an Olympic figure skater, fits everything plus the bad decisions I made packing for a 2-week trip to Italy and Turkey, and looks so good I almost expected it to walk itself through customs. BUT... on hour 20 of a long, sleepy journey, I decided to check it with a low-cost airline (mistake #1). When I got it back, the zipper had waved the white flag somewhere over the Mediterranean. The bag arrived duct-taped together, held more by airline pity than structural integrity. Half my wardrobe was doing a fashion show on the luggage carousel. Was it partially my fault for overstuffing? Sure. But that zipper gave up faster than I did trying to learn Italian. Still — would I buy it again? Absolutely because I compared against FIVE competitors. This bag beat out others with all the gimmicks — chargers, cup holders, secret pockets that probably lead to Narnia. But none looked or felt this premium. Just don’t check it unless you’re into surprises. Or tape. Or losing socks.

My favorite feature is the outside zip compartment that can hold a laptop and travel documents. I just completed my first trip with mine and it was great!! Smooth wheels, sturdy and so convenient!

Have taken this only on four flights during which it was checked and used as a carryon. The bag performed extremely well in each instance. The packing cubes are a nice touch but they may not suit your needs in all situations. I'm a magician and my props were easy to organize and arrived safely. I would imagine that anyone that had to securely and safely pack any sort of work supplies could benefit from the included cubes. When I've packed only clothes, I use Eagle Creek zipper "cubes" which compress more than the included cubes which do take up some valuable space inside the bag. It rolls easily on most floors. The exception would be on some hotel carpets which tend to cause problems with just about any bag, regardless of price point. The zippers are smooth and the zipper locks seem to be fine. Again, haven't owned the bag for very long, but all is well at present. I appreciate the extra armor on the upper corners. It is not uncommon for baggage handlers to place luggage "face down" (opposite the handle) and load handle end first on a belt. Those areas are provided extra protection with this bag. No cracks or major scuff marks are visible. Handle extends and retracts smoothly. I like the color because it's not too common, making it easy to see on a baggage carousel. I also really appreciate the price point. Similar bags (that appear to be made of similar material and construction) can be three times the cost of the bag. So far, very pleased with the bag. Would recommend.

Very handy for my Mac air, chargers, sunglasses, etc. the interior has enough room for all toiletries, electric shavers, on one side, leaving a completely empty space on the opposite side for clothes.
