**UPDATE** I Was contacted by manufacturer after review and already rec'd delivery of full replacement set of solar lights. I told them I only wanted the 1 that I was missing, but they told me they could not do that. Much better feeling about this company now. They made it right ! MISSING 1 light and ZERO customer support available for this item. I ordered this while on a break from redoing a flower bed (layout, plantings, mulch etc) and saw on sale. Weather didn't allow to me finish immediately so box sat in garage. Light emitted is ok, but I would have liked brighter. PRE STAKE ground. DO NOT just think you can stick these in, and do not press from top. Plastic. Tall height is accomplished by sticking 2 smaller plastic poles together. I only got 7 and ONLY option was to dig up all installed lights for return. Since I do not have box, nor want to dig up, looks like I'm S.O.L. *see edit* ... show more

I was trying to replace existing solar lights but couldn’t find the brand available anywhere online. I ordered these as an alternative based on the description and positive reviews. WOW! They are so much better!!!! I’ve had them for a month now and can’t say enough how much I love them. The shade of light is pleasing - not harsh white. They are strong illumination and last until dawn!! Unlike my other brand that fades midway thru the night. Highly recommend these lights. It’s a good light for the price. I noticed a lot of posts where the light or spikes are broken. I’m not 100% sure why this is, but all I can say is install the spikes first then add the light to the top after.

We uses this for landscape lighting in front of bushes near house, along driveway to illuminate drop-off, and along fence-line to better focus attention on our farm property. Worked very well. These are wonderful! They do break super easily… and the stake that goes into the other part is pretty loose. So make sure you’re not planning to move them after you out them in the ground or 1) you won’t be able to get the bottom stake back out of the ground and 2) the top part may snap off. Make sure nothing is close by that can bump it either, because it will snap apart. If you’re careful, then these are perfect. ... show more

I purchased 2 boxes of these. The first box was complete with all parts. However, in the second box, the end stakes (all 8) for adhering the light into the soil were completely missing. Therefore they couldn't be mounted. Unfortunately, I missed the return window. UPDATE 03/23/23: Well, shame on me. The vendor contacted me and indicated the end stakes were inserted backwards into the mounting posts, I assume to save packaging space. My confusion was that the first box I opened, the end stakes were separately contained in a plastic bag and not inserted into the mounting posts. Therefore I changed the rating to 4 stars. I do like the fact these can be mounted as 2 differing heights based upon your landscaping needs. ... show more
