Lesser Evil has slowly become my favorite brand when it comes to savory snacks. Both the Paleo Puffs and Egg White Curls taste good, have a nice crispy texture, have good quality ingredients, and come in the NEO packaging (few companies invest nowadays in sustainable packaging). If you are used to classic puffs, bursting with taste from MSGs and all kind of iffy artificial flavors, the Himalayan Sea Salt puffs will definitely seem a boring snack. But I actually like the toned down, slightly grainy flavor, not too salty, somewhat sweet; it's a quite unique taste compared to most snacks. The "no cheese cheesiness" variety has more flavor and savoriness. Ingredient wise, only snacking on whole foods is better. Grain free, organic ingredients that actually nourish your body, good quality oil, no extra colorants, preservatives, additives and added flavors. I like the convenience of single serve packaging, since I'm not left with a big bag I need to eat in the following days or let get stale. And it's easier to bring on the go as a snack. The serving size is decent, the cassava flour and the little bit of fat from the coconut oil make these puffs a quite satiating snack. These are so addictive! I mean the first bite I took I was confused by the coconut oil taste, wasn't sure I liked it but was indeed intrigued by the delicate salt and satisfying crunch. Listen before I knew what was happening the bag was empty and I was left longing for More! Very delicious, great flavor and the crunch I was searching for. my only complaint is every box I have gotten (about 3 or 4 now) has at least 1 bag that is stale. I’m not sure why but without fail at least one bag is stale. Otherwise I love this for a snack on my AIP diet.

I recently began to remove different foods from my diet. I enjoy chips and crunchy snacks. While on the paleo diet I was in search of a delicious, crunchy, but healthy snack. These puffs had an overpowering taste of coconut and even though I enjoy the flavor it got old for me very quickly. I always buy this product because I can not find the 1 ounce bags anywhere except for Amazon. However, they are ALWAYS stale. I haven't eaten bag that wasn't and I buy them frequently. 1. They are overpriced 2. The excess of coconut oil (sea salt) version is overwhelming. Ita all you can taste. They are not terrible, but its hard to justify the value with the quality.
