These state in the Amazon listing that they are a hearing aid, but when you get the package the information booklet clearly says hearing amplifier. I saw the sellers answer to someone who asked if it was an amplifier or a hearing aid, and the answer was a bit confusing. So I took a chance on these. As soon as you try them on it's clear there is no noise canceling or adjustment of various types of sound's levels like an actual hearing aid has. I've tried two other otc hearing aids, the other two were actual hearing aids for around $200 dollars. I expected an $800 model to have actual hearing aid tech in it, not be an amplifier, and have better tech than the other two. In a room wiht nothing but a light on and the fridge, on the first setting I could hear the fridge and light loud, and a dog outside about 100ft away from the house moderately. These weren't as loud as the $200 in ear hearing aid model I tried, also on it's lowest setting. I have mild to moderate hearing loss in both upper and lower range frequencies. If you need just a straight up amplifier for all frequencies, with no noise canceling these might work. They are small and fit nicely in the ear canal. I easily noticed when one popped out, and being black it was easy to find. They're not as noticeable from the front as other devices, so you could be discreet with them on if that's important to you. Anybody looking at you from the side will see them, unless your hair covers your ears. They're easy to get out with the plastic antennas. You have to adjust the sound dial before you put them in your ear, and there's no way to adjust them on the go. The charging was fast, and I liked the case being slim and pocket sized acting like a charging bank. ... show more

This hearing aids are so small and aesthetic, i really wanted one like this since my grandmother was refusing to use the big ones because they looked ugly, I finally found this and they are beautiful and so small and comfortable you can't even tell she's wearing them. This are really high quality hearing aids, I even tried them and the audio is fantastic, you can hear everything really neat. The hearing aids come in a cute charging case so they can always charge if you are outdoors without any outlet, each hearing aid has its own volume so you can customize depending your hearing needs, also different ear plugs are included to adjust to your ear size, and many inherent accesories more, they are just amazing, so worth it to see my grandma happy!! ... show more

I’m glad I decided to buy these hearing aids. They work extremely well. People’s voices are so much clearer and audible now. The battery life is very long, and the charge box holds a great amount as well. I highly recommend these, especially for such a great price.

Seems like a nice hearing aid set I like the design and think they’re very small. Can barely see them in my wife’s ear These seem easy to us shut check with your doctor first to make sure these are good for you. I also think you should use them slowly to get used to the new sounds around you with these ... show more
