I refurbished an old motor home and replaced all the warped yellowing 12 volt lights. What a difference that made! They are very bright and diffuse the light nicely.

I bought about 10 of these. Replaced all the 12" florescent lights in an RV. Easy peasy install. Two wires w/ wire nuts and screws to hold in place. Much lighter units than the old ones I pulled out so while I did have good anchor points for the screws you could probably cheat if you had to due to not a lot of weight pulling on them. Switch is three position - off, one side on, both sides on. Switch is mechanical so however you leave it set, it stays that way if you turn it off and on with the RV light switches. GET THE OPAQUE LENS COVERS. That's opinion of course but before purchase I read reviews complaining of the weird light patterns it throws off. Those were from folks who bought the clear covers. I bought the opaque "white" covers and the light pattern seems pretty even. LED lights are built in (not a replaceable bulb) but I've had them installed a couple of years now and they seem fine. Finally installed these lights in my '99 5th wheel. Great lighting for the old gal. Easy installation, very easy instructions. The led lights are brighter than the old,old lights, but not blinding. Would definitely recommend.

I bought an OLD RV. A 43 yr old motorhome. Everything worked, however the light fixture covers were ither cracked or melted, and the old bulbs burn SO hot. I bought the two pack, to try. These lights are great easy enough even this Grandma did it myself. Just your basic two wires, and screw it to the ceiling or wall. The lights are very bright, cool, and will not use too much power from my solar bank. I immediately came back to Amazon and ordered a 5 pack of the smaller single lights. It truly brightened every book and cranny. The leds use very little power, saving more amp hours for the daiquiri blender! Highly recommend! ... show more

Holy cow these suckers are BRIGHT! Very easy to install, well constructed. The light seems more like 5000-5500k, which is not my bag, but the addition of some amber zircon light gels adjusted the color perfectly. Overall happy with the product. Let there be light!

I bought these to replace some older incandescent lights in my 1974 Scamp camper, I thought the lights were smaller from the pictures ( I didn't read the physical dimensions in the description, so my fault), but after installing I'm happy with the size. The lights were very easy to install, though I had to mount with bolts rather than the included screws since I was installing under the overhead counter rather than into a solid structure. If the back of the light was flat I could have installed with doublesided tape or other non-impact substance, but it is not flush making the best option to use nut/bolt hardware. The color of the light is perfect and two-mode light feature is really nice. I would recommend these. ... show more
