UPDATE: After half a year of wait, the cat lego is finally done! It's the same size as my tiny 7lb tuxedo cat and looks so much like her. I have it on my desk and we often mistake it for the real cat. My husband used spare pieces to make a black nose. I love it so much! I love how large this cat is, and the fact that you can change its eye colors and open its mouth. I am hoping to put this in my office as this cat resembles my companion kitty. The idea of a large Lego tuxedo cat alone gets five starts from me. Now, about the set we received. My husband bought this for my birthday, which was in July. He and my 5 year old have been building this for months. They started out strong, building nightly, which turned into weekly, now they have not touched it in over a month. They love Legos and usually finish a project in a week or so, with the longest being the massive Avengers Tower which took 3 weeks. 4 months later the cat Lego is still 1/4 of the way done. I think they've forgotten about it. It must not be as interesting to build compared to Star Wars battle ships, R2D2, Groot, Spiderman cars, and numerous other Legos we have. Still, I am patiently waiting for its completion. Maybe for Christmas, maybe for my birthday next year, the following Christmas...however long it takes. ... show more

I bought this to gift to my best friend for his birthday. He loved it. The whole friend group helped build it and we had so much fun. We were not missing any pieces, and it turned out great!

This is just adorable and fun to put together! It looks just like our cat, and is almost his size. Strongly recommend if you have someone in your house who loves tuxedo cats.

This was a very fun build. It was pretty solid until the end when a few critical pieces were missing. No, I didn't loose them. They just weren't there. Fortunately I am an avid Lego builder and found acceptable replacement pieces in my extras. (Yes, every build has left over pieces.) The piece is pretty solid in most areas, but I had some issues with the cat's right flank. Loose, bit good enough. All and all, I am happy. And looking for my next Lego build. ... show more

Fairly easy to assemble. When assembled it is the dimensions of a medium sized cat. Makes a beautiful decorative piece for a cat person.
