I have not come across many smaller Lego buildings, especially homes. This set is small but packed with a lot of details for its size. Most pictures show the house in its open position but one of the coolest features is that it folds closed so you end up with a complete house with a small front and back yard. I have not tried the alternate builds but the main build is great. A few too many of the smaller side builds for the kid's toys. I would haver preferred more details in the house instead.
