I've only had this for two days and the wrinkles came right out. The only downside is that I had to return the first one due to many snags throughout the cotton weave. Bought gray/cream by mistake, so exchanged it for black/cream. Gray was a true medium gray (definitely gray, not black) with off-white, providing an overall light gray and white appearance. Black is much darker (cuz it's black), which works better with my interior colors. The webpage pictures were accurate. The 4X6 rug is a flat weave, but relatively thick/substantial and it may be too heavy when wet for a household washing machine and dryer, so I'll use a laundromat. The weave is moderately loose and will tighten up after it's washed and dried and shrunk a little. It's heavy enough to stay down on the floor, but needs a non-skid mat to prevent bunching. It's about $20 less than similar rugs I've looked at, and with free shipping and easy returns through Amazon, it's an excellent value. ... show more

the rug is quite nice...soft, neutral, washable. that said, upon the first washing (on gentle cycle), it came out with snags and woven areas frayed, it also shrunk more than expected, even having been washed in cool water and tumble dried on low for 10 minutes before hanging dry.

I decided to wash it today so I can start using it. The label states it's machine washable but it frayed in various places. It's very disappointing. But I do like the color and the size is perfect for the area where I wanted to use it.

The first thing I did was wash and dry the three Leevan Washable rugs. They came through the machine washing and drying with a few tufts of thread showing, but over all, they are great. After a wash and dry they measure 23" X 36". I like that they are machine washable, dryable, and have no fringe to get caught in our Roomba. The Roomba hops right on them and vacuums them along with the wood floors they are on. They were slippery until we put non-slip rug pads under them.
