The rug is nice and lightweight. You definitely want to put a rug mat under it to keep it in place. Seems like it would wash well. This rug was so almost perfect for my bathroom. Right size, well made, stays in place (for the most part), washable and my favorite feature the gorgeous color match to my shower curtain. The pink/peach rug was also an excellent value at $20. All that, and the knots in the ends of the rug are two thick to slide under the door making it unusable in my space.😢 So I will be returning. ... show more

This was my 3rd rug for our guest bath remodel and believe me when I say, I was willing to return and buy something new 20 more times!!! I really love this rug. It totally brought the bathroom together and the price is perfect. I did need to buy floor stickies to keep it in place. The rug is as pictured but unfortunately mine showed up with a dark stain in the corner. I haven't tried to wash it yet but a little bummed to buy something new and it show up stained.
