This light is easy to install and bright as anything. I don't have a brightness-measuring meter, so I cant speak to the accuracy of the 4800 lumens measurement advertised, but I can say that I installed it in a room that gets very little natural light, and it fully lights up the 200 sq foot room, in fact I rarely have it on the full brightness setting. Because of the way it's shaped, anyone looking at it can discern that it's made of plastic and not frosted glass. From that standpoint it could be said that it's a little cheap-looking, but it looks like the photos and it does what the ad purports that it does. Five stars for that.     • Seems ok, except the remote
Overall the light seems ok. Good brightness, install was straightforward. Biggest issue is the remote (the whole reason I bought this light). At first, I thought it was broken. But after testing it out for a while, it turns out it's just poor design or something. The remote doesn't work for maybe 5 minutes after doing anything. So when you first flip the switch on, have to wait 5 minutes to use the remote. Turn the light on or off with the remote? Have to wait 5 minutes before you can use the remote again. And yes, I've tried using it at every angle, close, far, etc. The only thing that makes it work is just waiting. ... show more

Easy to install. No ground wire, only line and load. Didn’t like the connectors they included, ended up using wire nuts. Easy to use and love the adjustable warmth and brightness.     • Can't change main light color.
This light was easy to install. The directions for pairing it with my home network were incomplete. I've hooked these kinds of lights up before so I just turned the light off and on until it started to flash and everything worked just fine. The reason for three stars is that the main light is a very cool color and there is no way to make it warmer. I can dim the light but can't change the temperature, which makes it unusable for me. I have other smart lights and this is the only one that I'm not able to adjust. I won't be buying another one in this brand. ... show more
