Installation was one step.. and the brightness is excellent. Even though one piece is good enough for a two or three car garage, two makes it that might brighter and simulates day light in pitch darkness. I highly recommend this product which came in nice packing and I had the same day delivery… I will have to wait and see the longevity of these units .They are LED so I can’t imaging if they could go bad anytime soon….. ... show more

So, these lights are, as in the description, easy to install. unscrew the old, screw in these. Very bright! I have 10 lights in my garage/workshop which I am replacing with these led lights. The first light I replaced, with one of these led lights, twisted right off it's socket (rendering it useless) as I screwed it in. So I'm now thinking, wow, there not very well made! I replaced four other old led lights that had burned out (a different maker than these) without any problem of them falling apart. So, maybe it was just one bad "cookie" in the box! Anyway, they are very bright and certainly lite up my shop area. Time will tell how long they last. Hopefully longer than the other brand of lights they are replacing! ... show more

These are a cheap version of leaf lights so you need to be careful tightening them, I imagine another of the people here breaking them were trying to get them to point a specific direction and over tightened them. Very bright though

I purchased 2 of these. It's great that you can put these anywhere that you can put a light bulb and also that you can position them exactly where you need the light. I put them in my dark closet and laundry room!!! The LED is so much nicer than my 100 watt light bulb. Extremely bright in dark areas where there aren no windows. I ended up purchasing 4 more! (3 for my son's basement and one for under my steps!) Highly recommend! ... show more
