They worked for approximately a week and then some began to flicker, some dimmed on their own and some stopped working altogether. We called Amazon for help since we were passed the 30 day return window and were told that we are stuck with them. None of the 3 lined up after installing it to ceiling so I had to remove the screws, bend the tabs in a bit then line it up and sort of angle it in so it snapped in.
