I was a little skeptical about these even though they had good reviews. My remote doesn’t work but you don’t really need it. I love that they have magnets and they are rechargeable. You only have to charge them like once every two weeks. I keep them in the kitchen which is a high traffic area and they work great! They are super bright! ... show more

Quick and easy to install anywhere! I put these in three separate locations in my RV. I had some dark spots in my kitchen under the cabinets ave it was hard to see at night with dim Rv lighting. My daughter wanted some motion lights for her new built ins. These came in pack of 6, remote control with adjustable timer, built in magnet on back, along with adhesive metal rounds, dimmable light option with 4 levels of brightness, and USB charger included. Yes, they are rechargeable, they can take about an hour for each one to charge. My daughter uses a 3prong charger to charge 3 at a time. {Smart girl :-) } Now I did a bit of a switcheroo with the adhesive because I knew having to remove them to recharge would cause them to be less sticky and not work overtime. Glad I did! Also many of the reviewers mentioned the adhesives not being strong enough, especially when placed in warmer areas which causes them to weaken faster. Best purchase of two items to work together as one.     • Dim and not long lasting
On highest brighness setting, light is still too dim. It's more of a med-low brightness in my oppinion. When the charge runs out the light will just turn off, there is no indication that it is running low. I didn't even notice it diming in brightness as the battery depleated. When you charge the light there is a red light that turns on. I thought this would be how you would know it was running down but only turns red/green when charging. Battery life is okay for it's small size, but far from long lasting. Mine was lasting about a week to two weeks in my closet that I used daily while set on auto. Motion detection is good. Remote works well though I never use it as I just have it on auto after turning up the brightness to max. ... show more

I bought a single one to test out these type lights and am using it under a cabinet in my kitchen that illuminates a countertop that gets little light. I was worried the motion detector feature would not work well with it being partially obscured from view by the edge of the cabinet but that is not the case as it picks me up as soon as I enter it's range which is further than I expected it to be. I would have liked for it to be a tad bit brighter at 100% but it works for me as is. I used it initially off of the factory charge which lasted about 4 days with frequent on-off - several people live in my home. The disc it attaches to stuck to the bottom of the cabinet firmly without any extra adhesive. The light comes down easily for charging and for using as a flashlight in those darker corners. Have had it for about a week now if anything changes I will revise this review. NOTE: It comes with a remote that I do not need and did not test other than to make sure that the light was set at 100% brightness. ... show more
