This is a fabulous invention!! I don't know why I didn't think about getting one of these sooner. I pick my son up from school everyday and, so I don't get stuck in the carline forever, I have to get there 45 minutes to an hour before school lets out to get in line. That leaves a lot of time for me to sit in the car waiting, so I bring my laptop and do work. I've always had trouble finding a comfortable position to sit in, so I am actually able to type well. This solves that problem!!! All I do is hook it onto the wheel and I'm good to go. I've tried it out in 3 of our cars, a BMW X5, Hyundai Elantra and Hyundai Kona, and it works great. It's made to fit a factory standard wheel, so if you have a steering wheel cover on it there's no guarantee it'll fit. If there isn't a cover on the steering wheel, you're good to go!! I'm impressed with how well manufactured this is. It's made from high quality ABS plastic that's very durable, yet lightweight. It's also sturdy enough to support my 13 inch MacBook Pro. I love that there are 2 different sides to it. One side has a flat indented surface and a cup holder for eating. The other side has a flat table that works perfectly for writing or sitting your laptop on and there's even a slot to hold your pencil. That's a handy little feature. The best part about this is how easy it is to store. It's slim, so it doesn't take up much space. I either put it under my seat or stick it in the pocket behind my seat. It is a really great idea, but it is not designed to fit on a padded steering wheel. I have been able to make it work, but it is really tight.

As someone who is always on the go and often eats in the car this is a game changer!! A little difficult to get onto the steering wheel but that is probably user error. Stays put on the steering wheel and is a great little table.

I work two jobs. 2 days a week, I have to eat my dinner in my car between those two jobs. This tray has made it so much easier to enjoy my dinner and not make a mess. Some things are easy to eat in a car but some things, not so much. Its nice to be able to eat a taco and not get lettuce and cheese all over my work uniform. Its nice to be able to stir my sauce into my bibibop bowl and not have ingredients falling all over myself or my car floor. One thing I will note is that you have to make sure and not put a heavy drink in the designated spot. If one side is heavier, it will cause the steering wheel to turn a bit and make it feel unsteady. Also, if you have a thicker steering wheel cover, like the leather one that I use, it will have to be removed each time you want to use this. I don't mind taking the cover off and on because of the convenience that this tray provides overall. Would (and have) recommend this product. ... show more

By itself, it's a nice item. Heavy-duty plastic, slightly-textured to help prevent sliding. One side is more indented with the cup-holder, while the back side is pretty-flat for writing (which I wish wasn't textured). It turns out it doesn't fit the 2017 Honda CRV steering wheels; the steering wheels are a little too fat for the table to fit properly, and the steering wheel leather has gotten slightly damaged in the process. I'm still keeping it to use on my lap, and it has been helpful in that way. In my CRV, it just fits for storage between the center console and the front passenger seat. ... show more

I eat my lunch in my car at work every day. This is so helpful. It is a little tall for me, i could probably adjust the steering wheel so it sits lower but that's too much work. I like that i can rest my hand on it while holding my phone too. Very sturdy. I like that on one side there is a spot for a can of soda and on the other side there is a pencil holder. Super easy to use and quite sturdy actually. If your car horn button is right in the center of your steering wheel, then this is for you. If your horn button extends from top to bottom like mine, you won't have much support as the tray will press against the horn. That happened to me and it scared the crap out of me lol. I'm not sure if I'll be able to use this, sadly. But I'll keep it just in case. ... show more
