I first got the 4 oz and tried making vegan lemon cakes, the ones in the pictures, they are very good for the oven and then I put them in the fridge and they where perfect in both heat and cold. These are even more beautiful in person. They stack well, are easy to clean, and seem durable. The size was exactly what I needed to make individual artichoke dips. They don’t have lids, but they don’t need to. I can’t wait to host to use them since they are so pretty!!
