I got the lait de coco which was labeled as more of a winter/fall scent on Fragrantica. For me, as a Caribbean woman any coconut type scent screams summer to me. I originally found this Figue Du Foret perfume at Marshall's for $11.99 & i fell in love with the scent. When I ran out, I HAD to get more. I didn't want to pay $30 for the bottle because I'm very frugal, but it's SO worth it. This smells really fresh, sweet, and relaxing with fresh floral (rose petal) scent undertones. At first I enjoyed the small but as I started using it more, the coco lait began to remind me of playdoh scent. I really love the bottle/packaging so I keep it on my dresser more for show as opposed to me using it. The fragrance also doesn't last very long.

I like fresh, clean, just got out of the shower smells. The initial spray smells like a clean hand soap or almost like the old white rain shampoo we used in the 90s. It dries down very quickly and leaves behind a sweet then sour smell similar to someone who has been sweating lightly all day long. Not my idea of clean but I suppose if you like salty, sea air scents you could give this a try but I think you could find something better and a little cheaper at Target, Walmart or Bath and Body works with a MUCH better return policy. I got so excited once this came in. I took a chance because not many gave it a review but I saw one that loved it. Honestly, Figure Du Forêt smells so good to me, but that's it. TO ME lol. It almost feels like this was made only for my nose, no one else's. I've pumped so many sprays on myself, in hopes someone in the house will go "ooo you smell good!" Which my mom will usually say, but I guess no one smells it? Or maybe they do but they're too busy? Lol... I really love how this smells, not too sweet, a bit flirty, but definitely subtle. Maybe because it's vegan and a hair and body mist, it's not supposed to be strong? But it also doesn't last long....I have to reapply. I think the one trick is to combine it with another perfume, which I've tried. I'd use this as a daily mist, if I'm going somewhere with friends casually, or for my own nose's enjoyment 😂 Not sure I'd buy it again but it does smell good. ... show more
