Yes, I ordered the red. Yes, i regret it. EVERYTHING shows up on this thing. I thought picking red would be smart for some reason - but every speck of dust, flour, food - anything - shows up on this apron. The fabric is very heavy-duty and I'm sure will be long-lasting, but it also attracts every particle like a magnet. It's hard to keep it clean long, and I didn't really want to be doing a load of red laundry every time I want to bake a cake. Also - this thing is huge. I'm pretty short, 5'2" and this apron hangs WAY down on me. Looks like I'm playing dress-up in my mom's apron or something. It'd probably be fine for most people, and definitely most men - but that combined with the weight of the thick fabric - it's a little awkward. As far as it being Hi-Tech, I guess I'm not sure what they mean by that - it's an apron. If there's some MP3 jack in it I'm not aware of it - please someone shoot me a message. ... show more

This is the red version of one of the greatest kitchen items of all time. A spectacularly well thought out design, with amazingly placed, convenient pockets in addition to a fabulous design.     • The white (Dune) version of a classic
This is the finest apron made, in my opinion. This version is essentially colorless in slightly off-white "dune" color. The solid color works as well as the ones with color or black trim and is just as gorgeous. An amazing design that works, has great convenient pockets, and simply is a classic.

    • This certainly was not worth the money!!
I HAD TO RETURN THIS LE CREUSET APRON BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH IT. The design was flawed. Instead of tying below the waist like most cooks aprons do this apron tied at the waist making it feel like it was on wrong. The "adjustable" straps were at the waist too and did not allow for more than an inch of extra length. I sent it back and purchased another apron from Williams-Sonoma. Not only did it have better adjusting straps at the neck where they belong, the apron was stronger and much more durable. ... show more

    • Nice color and well constructed
This apron works really well for me. It has two large pockets and two smaller ones, and a handy loop. The material is stiff and holds up to washing; color does not fade.
