We needed a sleep solution for our smaller guests that can be tucked away when not in use. We bought this folding mattress for our 7 year old Nephew, who visits us during the Holidays. My nephew and his mom would take over our small office during the Christmas holiday season when they got from out of town. When they are gone, the folding mattress is tucked away in one corner of the office. The folding mattress has a decent carrying strap that allows us to easily move it from one side of the room to the opposite. This is the first season that our nephew used the follding mattress. He commented it’s more comfortable than the futon bed. The 4” thickness provides plenty of comfort to the older kids, yet folds up nicely to be stored away. It weighs about 25-30 lbs if I have to take a guess, which makes the carrying strap a nice feature to allow easy handling of the mattress. The quality appears to be good. We expect the folding mattress to last at least 7-8 years if my Nephew doesn’t grow too fast to exceed the length of the mattress. By then, he will be in high school and may not want to spend the Holiday season with his mom and us anymore. I am pretty confident the mattress would provide a decent supportive sleeping solution for my nephew for years to come, much longer than he looses interest in spending time with us. This mattress would be a great solution for temporary house guests. It’s more comfortable than sleeping on sofa bed with springs, and it tucked away nicely without taking up too much space. What I love about this product: I love that it comes in three pieces! I like to put two of them long ways and the third one from side to side at the bottom! I have also used them all from side to side and it works great! No, they do not come apart when sleeping on them. You don't even know where one starts and the other ends. I also love the handles on each piece! That makes moving them around easier! You can also set it up like a sofa! So much you can do. It is TRULY comfortable!!! I love it! I sleep on it full time! update: my guest is 240 lbs / 5"11 and he said it's the most comfortable sleep he has had in a long time. I cannot wait to go camping with this Original: I have been looking for some time for a mattress that makes sense to own and would last. The one I got today was very quality, very comfortable once it fully inflated, does not have a smell, and is good for tall people and broad shoulder people. the pieces all zip together/come apart and makes for easier storage. I am leaving a review because it has been impossible to find consistent reviews everywhere, and others' reviews of this product helped me make the choice after weeks of researching. i looked at w@l m@rt and other sporting goods stores and this, for me, is the winner. it can fit in the car too for longer drives or camping. ... show more

I ordered a Twin size. The product looks true to the images once assembled (though about 1/2" shorter than advertised) but the assembly was a PAIN. The covers, while removable, do not have a zipper-pull attachment so you have to pinch the head and pull to get the zipper around, which is super annoying. The zipper attachment between beds was also kind of pain to line up and zip together, but I will say I prefer this over a velcro attachment. It feels secure so far. I'll update this review with details on the actual comfort of the bed once my guest tests it out, but when I quickly tried it out it felt pretty soft and the memory foam did a good job of supporting my weight (120lb). Edit: My guest tried it out and they had zero complaints. I'd give this a 4.5/5, with the .5 docked for the issues I had with the zippers. ... show more

We haven't used it yet, but we purchased it along with a bi-fold metal base for travel and for when we have guests. It is soft and thick and comfy! We already had a storage/travel bag for it...Will post pics later.

This mattress works perfect for what we needed. Folds up nicely to save space, but very easy to put out when you need a bed in a pinch. Great for kids. Not the widest, but wide enough. Definitely long enough and pretty comfy. Would recommend!
