Does the job for a reasonable price. I bought this since I needed a low profile couch and a bed for when I have friends over for the night. And it's something that's easier to move from place to place. It's soft enough and easy to get comfortable in. The back is not too sturdy when it turns into a couch (you can feel the adjustable pieces shifting), but I expected as much, and so long as I'm not excessively pushing on it, it stays in place. This is just what we needed for a work space that doubles as a guest room. The instructions said to let the mattress expand for 48 hours first; ours did not appear to change in any way, but perhaps it was only packed into the box a short while before we received it. I found it extremely silly that the company's logo is emblazoned on the covering cloth, but for me it looks fine now with a fabric throw over it. Quite comfortable for sleeping and fine for sitting on as a couch, although because it is so low, it might not work for someone with long legs. Also, because it is a mattress on the floor, it may not be suitable for anyone with joint pain, who has trouble with a low bed. ... show more

I bought this for our 11-year-old son, who left his bed most days to sleep on the floor. He wanted something more firm. This foldable mattress is perfect. It's just thick enough to have the perfect firmness. You can still sleep on your stomach very comfortably. My wife and I might get one also because we like it so much, and it re-aligns your spine. The other great part is that he folds it into a couch during the day, so his room has more space. Our son loves this so much. He likes that he can make it into a chair or just leave it as a mattress. He is 6’2” & his feet are no longer hanging off the end. Recently drove my Model S across the country and wanted to try out camp mode at some national parks. After doing a TON of research, taking measurements and searching forums I came across this as a perfect length and width for the back of the model S with the seats folded down. Was pumped to find that it was actually uniformly comfortable to sleep on as a side sleeper, and a nice touch to have removable covers with the non-slip bottom. The way this folds up was actually perfect to have the top head / back rests slide behind driver and passenger seats to fill that gap without blocking the air vents, and the detachable pillow made a comfy backrest when sitting up to work or watch a movie. Pretty surprised too that when folded into "couch" mode it fits in the rear trunk compartment under the parcel shelf without pushing against it, kinda rad to have a couch while charging! This is great because we wanted something that would give us extra sleeping options without using an air mattress and was something that could be of use/didn't take up space like a conventional bed/mattress when not in use. So we used it for a guest in an upstairs TV room and then put it in my son's room when there are no guests and he lives to sit, lounge, pull it out and sleep on it, too. Great option if he has friends over, etc. as well. It's soft and comfortable but tye downside is that it's essentially a big, flexible cushion. It's not really firm enough to be a "mattress". It worked for us as I topped it with a thick memory foam tipper we had as well as a thick, cushion-y feather bed but it will definitely need more than this if using on any metal frame or even wood base. 4 stars for being comfy and very versatile. ... show more
