Pros: Chair is very easy to put together. It sits semi soft. There is a give in the seat and the back so it is not like sitting on a wood box. The massage and heat are very good and strong compared to other chairs I have tried. The controllers are good, easy to use. The foot rest raises up sufficiently and it lays way back so your feet feel higher than your body. I am 5'2" and this chair just fits me on length. Not sure it would work well if your over 5'5". Width wise it just fits me I would think if you’re over 250 it might be snug...unless you got skinny hips. Now for the cons: The fabric is just okay it feels a little on the cheap side...sort of stiff but I use a throw over it anyway. I can feel the massage circle disc in the seat under the fabric. I wonder if it will be a bother after the chair softens. Disappointed in how the back looks. It is not fully stuffed (nothing like pictured) and I wonder how it will feel in a few months because of it not being fully filled. I think it makes the chair look old. I'm having many doubts on this chair. I will try to do an update in a month. ... show more

I am a 60 year old lady and I put this chair together by myself in about 15 minutes. I am sitting in it right now as I write this review (the vibrations feel amazing!) The chair came in 2 boxes. One box is pretty heavy. If you have a dolly or hand truck, you can do it yourself. The second box is not heavy. I picked it up and carried it. It was packed very well and nothing damaged. It looks exactly as pictured. Slide on the arms/sides. Slide on the back. Plug in all the cords. Directions came with it , but are really not needed. It’s that simple! Looks good easy to assemble. It’s too small you need to be a child or very small adult for the footrest to be the right size. It’s also not comfortable the angles are all wrong and it’s too hard.

Terrific lift chair. A little tricky putting it together so had to call handyman friend to help. Very comfy, beautiful red color. Takes a while to lift so don't wait till the last minute when you have to get up. Great purchase!
