    • Comfortable seat!
Very cushy. One small draw back is that it sits on top of the existing seat (which is plastic) and there is not way to tie it down. Some straps would be helpful. Otherwise, a nice pad.

I wish this kayak cushion was just a bit thicker. It is very comfortable at first, but after a while…I start to feel the seat through the cushion. It’s raised up higher in certain places, but not where I need it to be. The removable cover is nice though. Keeps all the junk out of the many holes on the cushion. Easy to clean. I just hose it off when I get back from the lake. Overall, this cushion is better than nothing…but not the best. ... show more

I got this for use in the kayak and the bench at the football stadium. It has the right balance of thickness and cushion, so it contours around your butt and there are no pressure points. Also it doesn't get hot and sweaty sitting on it for a long time. I started using it on my office chair and that's actually where it is getting the most hours use now. This kayak seat is one of a kind. It's gel silicone material that it's made of seems like it wouldn't be comfortable and/or supportive but it is just the opposite! It is so comfortable and supportive. It fits our kayaks just fine and is such an improvement to the standard hard plastic seats. The hex comb design feels odd at first, but after a bit, you're happy for the added support and cushion. So far, it's been a life saver in my kayak. I haven't gotten it wet yet, but it appears it will dry quickly. Will update the review after a few more hours.
