My PT recommended purchasing some sleeping earphones to reduce my overall stress levels. These were the highest reviewed headphones that popped up on my search for a really good price. At first wear, it was a little different to feel something wrapped around my head while sleep but it’s actually pretty comfortable. The material is smooth and stretchy - like Lycra - but I’m not sure if it’s sweat absorbent. The first night, I slept like a rock. I barely heard my partner’s snoring or shuffling around in the bed. Of course, I play white-noise, rain sounds while sleeping and I also wear a heavy eye mask. You can still hear some of the ambient home sounds, which I personally appreciate, because I don’t like feeling like I’m in a sensory deprivation tank. My only inconvenience was because I’m a side sleeper, sometimes the earphone disk can dig into my ear if the headband isn’t aligned perfectly over my ear canal. But overall, I can’t say I would need to spend more money hunting for more headphones. Great buy! Can’t wait to creat better sleep cycles with these :) ... show more

Are you a sensitive sleeper trying to find just the right thing to distract your ever chatting brain so you can just frigging sleep, but all the headphones you buy are just not quite right? These are. Do they last? Yes. Is there a bright ass light on the front? No. Do they yell at you "LOW BATTERY" in a weird feminine voice? No! Are they comfortable? Yes Do they pair well with podcasts like Listen to Sleep? Eric's voice is perfect through these How about audiobooks like Sherlock Holmes or Witcher read by soothing Mark Smith and incredible Peter Kenny respectively? Abso-frigging-lutly Will they slip off your head in the middle of the night while you toss and turn? I use these headphones all night every night and I’m on my 3rd pair. They have lasted as well and as long as one could reasonably expect with that level of use. I have tried similar products but these are the best. Even when other products look very similar, they are different in little ways that matter - other sleep headphones have had thicker, tighter material that was too hot and too snug and made working the controls really difficult. Additionally, other headphones have had charging ports that were very hard to use, buried behind a tiny slit in the fabric, especially when you’re trying to figure out a micro usb port. The newest version of these headphones has usb-c and the port is easy to find with a good size opening in the fabric and a small length of cord that makes it easy to maneuver. As with any sleep headband, although the speakers are quite thin (with surprisingly good sound quality), they can be uncomfortable when sleeping on your side. I find shifting them just a bit to put the speaker in a better position of helpful. ... show more

I’ve had this thing for about a year now, cause I listen to stuff while I sleep. When I first got it I was shocked at how well it worked for the price - I expected it to be a cheap thing I try for a few weeks before going back to using other stuff. I’ve been using it ever since, and not only is it super comfortable while retaining good sound quality, but it hasn’t worn down at all in the past year. Very particular about how I sleep yet can sleep anywhere, I was pleasantly pleased with these sleep headphones. Haven’t put them to the test with the husband’s snoring, but it blocks out the dog and the neighbor’s rooster, Henry. A happy bonus was the ability to pull it down a bit and have an eye mask. The lightweight fabric is great and the Bluetooth range is awesome. The sound control is apparently customary for the product but I wished it was a bit more infinite at the low range. Recently ordered these to help with sleeping. I have been pleased with them. Pros - comfortable band, fits and headband or sleep mask. easy to use, long battery life. Great wireless experience. Speaker over ears are moderately comfortable - much more comfortable than in- ear noise cancellation headphones. Critiques - speakers can be heard from others if trying use them loud enough to cancel louder background sounds. Speakers much more comfortable than headphones but could use a bit more padding. You're not going to experience anything like a big brand, but for the price this is an excellent set of phones. They connect and disconnect easy, they're lightweight, comfortable, and the battery lasts way longer than I expected. They're actually very good for sleep use. This is one of the better headphone sets around. They are very comfortable to wear and sounds great at the same time. I use them at night while I lay in bed listening to music or watching a movie. The battery lasts for a long time which makes it nice that I don't have to lose out on the ending of the movie because I lose power! This just does not happen.
