I bought this primer because the brand responded to my review of their liquid foundation, stating that it would help foundation and blush last longer. Instead of ordering from Laura Geller’s website, which had a long shipping time, I purchased it from Amazon for faster delivery. Pros: • It’s incredibly lightweight and feels amazing on my skin. • As a 52-year-old woman with somewhat dry skin, I love how smooth and comfortable it feels. • When first applied, my makeup looks beautiful and fresh. Cons: • Unfortunately, it doesn’t help makeup last as promised. • Within a couple of hours, my foundation, blush, and even eyeshadow seem to disappear. • While it initially looks and feels great, the primer has little to no impact on makeup longevity. I really wanted to love this product because of how great my makeup looks at first, but it just doesn’t hold up throughout the day as expected. ... show more

I have been using this primer for years. It is super lightweight, and I love the little bit of tint. I love that. I can wear this alone on the weekends to run out to the store or errands. It’s perfect for under makeup, and my makeup stays all day.

I say wait for it…to dry. The spackle is a thin film that goes on wet and shiny but wait for it to dry, to turn matte, to create a base for foundation or powder.
