The media could not be loaded. Seems to work, felt tingly sensation yet also felt cool like ice. Prevents hair regrowth, it’s important to read the instructions carefully. The power button also sets intensity 1-5, then Face/Body button changes led blue/green to indicate mode. The light only flashes if the unit is contact with your skin and pressing flash button OR Auto Glide button (looks like a thunderbolt) automatically flashes at intervals to allow you to move over larger areas (legs/arms), again for safety it only flashes when in contact with your skin. Comes with Safety glasses and convenient travel bag. Maybe instructions could have been clearer or a video instruction could have helped. ... show more

This is a nice quality and easy to use cold hair removal device. Use it per the directions in the manual for the areas you would like to treat. I have had it only a week so will need to update as hair gets removed/doesn't grow back. It gets cold (37F) so move it around and it stimulates little or no more hair growth in that area. The first thing we noticed was a good quality packaging. Opening the box the packaging is high quality and well arranged. Inside is eye protection, power cable, carrying bag, razor and of course the IPL unit as well as instructions. The instructions could be translated better however are clear enough to understand and use the unit. The device itself feels nice in the hand. Functionality is great! Great packaging just like Apple products. In the box comes a razor, eye protection, power cord, carry bag, hand wipe , and the IPL unit. The unit has 5 power settings depending on your skin tone. If you are familiar with IPL its easy to use but if you need to read intructions for use the translation in English is not perfect so you may need to read it a few times but nothing too complicated that you can't understand.
