My wife bought this hair removal laser a couple of weeks ago to use on a couple of small areas that have been bugging her. The device is a good size, comfortable to hold, and the burn / sting of using it isn't too bad. It comes with instructions on how to use it effectively (note: they are a little difficult to parse due to some translation errors), and while she's still following the routine it recommends it seems to be doing its job pretty well! Keep in mind that this isn't going to instantly eliminate unwanted hair -- it's something you'll need to use for a while before you'll start seeing big changes. As for us, after three weeks or so, we're definitely noticing the areas she's treating are seeing less hair regrowing. For the price point, it's well worth it!     • Not sure if it even works on me?
So I've been using this thing for about 2 months on my facial hair specifically. I use it roughly 3-4 times per week and each time I use it I do it on the maximum strength setting and zap the whole area 3 times. So far I'm not even certain it has made a difference in how quickly my hair grows back, I think it may have made a slight difference but I can't be completely sure honestly. I'm basically the poster child for the type of person this device should work well on (very light complexion with dark hair) but maybe this just isn't strong enough to combat very coarse hair with an aggressive growth pattern. I'm gonna keep using it a while longer but at this point I find it really hard to believe I'll ever see results. As for why I gave the ease of use 2 stars, the window on the thing is tiny. When I first started using it I tried to do my full body and a single pass over my whole body took over 90 minutes. ... show more

This IPL hair remover is amazing. Use as instructed and your hair growth will be thinner and much less noticeable. It can be used on different skin surfaces and the instructions are easy to follow. The protective glasses will fit over prescription glasses as well. I have used an electrolysis wand in the past and this remover is far easier, quicker and no mess with gels and conductive pads. I previously owned a another IPL hair removal. It worked but was so slow and after a few months started over heating and shutting down. This machine even feels like it's better quality. The repeating zaps works amazingly. You can zip through both legs pretty quick. It also has a built in fan to help keep it from over heating. I've only used it once so far, but so far I'm pretty happy with it. It has a nice long cord too so you can work sitting down. ... show more

I have only been using this for about 2 weeks, so I don't really have any results to report yet. I plan to update this review later on. So far I really like the product. It never hurts, just a little warm. I always use the highest setting now because I have really dark hair and white skin and I am impatient. It does take me quite a while to do all the areas I want to cover. But I am probably doing more areas than most people would. I wish it would flash more often or had a bigger treatment window. But for the price, it is pretty much what I expected. Now I just have to keep going and monitor the results. So far I would recommend this product. Update: I am now at the end of week 5 and I am starting to see a major slowdown in hair growth. There is hardly anything to shave off anymore! It seemed to happen all of a sudden earlier this week.
