I needed a replacement container and this one does not disappoint. Comes with fine sieve that reduces particulate, tight lid and cleans up easy. Great for us southerners and has a larger capacity than my last one.

I have always hated to drain my bacon grease but I love to use it for cooking other things at a later date. I could never get the particles out of my drained grease. This works PERFECT!! I just pour my grease into this through the strainer - the strainer catches all the "junk" and I don't have to worry about melting the container. It is wide enough that I don't spill the grease as I am trying to put it in there either.
