Got this for my wife who has medical problems that prevent her from getting up and down easily. She use to sit on two pillows to give her self a boost. This chair has answered several problems as well as providing the benefits of the heat and massage. My wife easily gets up now without any strain. She LOVES it. Covering has soft leather feel and sturdy construction. Came in two boxes (delivered on different days) and was easy to assemble. My only suggestion would be a more detailed operation manual and better storage for the controls, or at least hooks on both, not just the power unit. Good Buy! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Well made product. Easy to assemble. Comes in a big box that was well packaged I was able to fit both chair pieces (back & base) into my Honda Civic hatchback. Was very impressed of the soft leather covering with great insulated cushioning. My Mom absolutely loves it!

Love how this chair goes flat, so if you want to sleep. Got this chair facing knee replacement, gets hard sleeping in a bed. This chair you can manage very well with knee replacement. Plus it has massage and heat if you need it. Like the leather, very good chair!
