just put this together today, I do like it, Yes some paint chips when I wiped it down, I got the white . I have so many cute seasonal decorations and this will help display them . The tray had a few dings that left the wood to splinter. I'm putting that towards the back and my items will hide it. Otherwise sturdy. I would but again as nothing is perfect anymore.

It’s rustic but nice. I wanted to put food on it so I put wax paper and then a doily on top of that in the trays. It worked fine. I got a used one and saved five bucks. Arrived safely packaged/no damage. You have to assemble it but it's easy. I was hesitant to order online but all of the trays I saw at my local hobby and home stores seemed wonky/poorly constructed. I'm glad I ordered this as its sturdy and all parts sit nice and straight. The options of handles is a nice touch. It was perfect for my purpose (decorative tray). However, I must note that when I wiped it down to remove styrofoam dust- color was transferring off (see dark stain on cloth I used to wipe it down in pics, I added felt stickies to feet to protect my table). I don't think I would be comfortable putting food on it. Overall, I'm happy and if I had to do it all over, I would order it again. ... show more

The top pieces came in but the one I wanted to use was crocked. When I went to straighten the piece out, the paint chipped off. The tray is not as nice as what the video shows, but still cute on the counter. I kept it. I didn't like the black as it had black paint stuff everywhere and was coming off and was a mess. I just put it back in the box and returned it. Too messy for me. I assume it would eventually stop coming off with enough time. I switched to the natural look and liked it much better. I liked the flexibility that I could choose any of the top 3 pieces, but they are cheap and imperfect. ... show more

Updating to include review of the white FCH two tier rectangle tray: My new FAVORITE TRAY!!! This rectangle tier is absolutely gorgeous in person. It’s easy to assemble and very sturdy. You can see in my pics, mine is loaded with stuff!! It’s very spacious, yet compact enough to fit into multiple decor and home use settings!! This tray is going to get so much use!! This tray is absolutely stunning!! It came packaged well, was easy to assemble, and looks amazing! The three different toned handles are a lovely change from other trays!! I can swap out the handle to match my decor or use. My favorite part about this tiered tray is the amount of space the top and bottom tiers have. I can comfortably arrange many decor and/or food items with ease!! The tiers aren’t cramped!!! Perfect!! I highly recommend!!
