I’ve not been able to find wide width quality cowboy boots for years! YEARS! I saw these and thought WTH, I’ll try them. I’ve tried everything else right? Even my husband laughed at me and my determination to find a pair of cowboy boots in wide width. So when he saw these in the Amazon box he just shook his head and walked away. But, THEY FIT! I can get my ankle in (old injury that swells) and my swollen foot (same old injury) slides right in. It’s a little tight but I expected that with new boots (they’ll stretch). UPDATE: I’ve had these for a while now, and they have held up to barn/farm work well. I did put an insole with more cushion and support, and these are pretty comfy to move around in. They clean up nicely, and with oil and care, they haven’t cracked or separated. Would 100% recommend for a western riding boot! These are cute ropers that are replacing my old ones. My previous pair pushed on my mid-foot and actually left red marks! I bought these for the ability to lace up and give my mid foot more space. These are great for high arches in that respect. They don’t have a lot of actual arch support, but just giving room in the mid foot (something a lot of boots lack), is amazing. They are narrow through the toe box, so I ordered one size up(usually a size 8.5 and ordered a 9). They are perfect and could fit a slim insole with a thin sock. The heel is supportive with enough flex to get your heels down in the stirrup. I also thought I was going to hate the Kiltie piece, but it’s a cute accent detail. Overall: would definitely order again! Will update after a month or so! ... show more

They fit generously, have just the perfect amount of weathering, and are a great dark tan almost light brown color. There's a solid feel to them - my foot slides in perfectly, and the heel feels well balanced and stable. The sole isn't slippery, and the footbed feels supportive. I have always had very large calves. This is the first pair of boots in 50 years that I did not have to cut down the back so I could get them on. That makes them a great boot to me.

Have waited a while, wanting to get a pair of cowboy boots. These boots are beautiful. Very comfortable. They run a little bit on the larger size . Finally a plus for girls with larger calves, these are comfortable. Planning on wearing it with everything.

These boots are really nice. The quality is great. My only problem is that I was suggested to get my normal shoe size which is 7&1/2. They run big and they are larger than my feet. I'm trying inserts but the ankle area is very spacious .
