I just got it today and have had it hooked up and working for a few hours now. I will update this review after some time to let you know how it holds up but so far... It pushes my 10 Inch Kicker Sub very well. I set gains and other settings by ear and honestly got them to the levels right before the distortion line and then backed them off a little more than I usually would. I did this because the bass was actually overpowering the 2 pioneer door speakers and deck 6 by 9's. My stock 6 by 9's blew and I got a good deal on some after market but there was no power going to them and they lacked something. To me the lower end of the music was non-existent and the music sounded basically naked. It's funny, my wife didn't know what I was talking about but when you have an ear for something it's hard to unhear it, like when you know you know and I knew something was missing and the experience was lackluster and really disappointing to have brand new door speakers and 6 by 9's and feel like the stock stereo was better. So I got the 10 inch kicker to add that lower end back but the amp I purchased originally worked for a few days then wouldn't come out of protection mode. I assumed the 300 max watts wasn't enough to push the sub so I hit Amazon to find a cheap replacement that would be up to the job. I searched for days and days and finally settled on this Lanzar Mono 2000 Watt max amplifier. The reviews were mixed on whether it would actually do 2k watts but I didn't care because the sub it only 800 max so I didn't want or need 2k. I hooked it up and got my levels where i needed them and I am impressed at the quality this little, cheap thing is living up to. Here's the thing, you have zero risk because there is a 1 year warranty, but wait there's more! If you write a review they add 3 months to the warranty, so 15 month warranty? If it lasts 15 months and blows up on the 16th month and you guy another one and use it for 16 months it was still cheaper than the high dollar more well known brand amps. I am very happy and don't see anything wrong with this amp nor do I have a negative thing to say. Lanzar isn't the only company that overrates their max watts, if that is actually the case and not just an assumption as I seen claims in the comments but nobody brought any data to back up their keyboard trash talk. Anyway, if you are looking for a cheap amp to push a speaker for the sound and not the clout of a high dollar name brand system then I don't see how you pass this amp up. The durability has to be there a company wouldn't back a 15 month warranty if they didn't believe in their product they would lose so much money and not being very well known they wouldn't be able to afford much of that. If you are considering getting this amp then do it. I'm happy and I promise to update in a few months and let you know how it's holding up but I have a feeling it will continue to perform and surprise all the while keeping the heads nodding and the license plates rattling. May the bass be with you, and turn it down in your neighborhood and at stop lights, noise pollution is an ordinance where I'm at and a $50 fine, ain't nobody got time for that! Update!! Several weeks later and it’s still going strong. It does get warm to the touch after the sun has been pounding for a while but it’s never shut off due to heat. I’m very impressed for the price. I had to returned a JBL1000w 4 channel that was powering off and got this one. Surprisingly the Lanzar out performed the MUCH more expensive JBL. You could buy 5 of these for the price. I used this for my daughters car to power her 12” Sub. I actually had to turn it down!. It just doesn’t have a remote of any type but once it’s adjusted right, you shouldn’t need one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bought this amp as a temporary one because my old one died, I wanted my bass back and I was short on money so I decided to pull the trigger on the Lanzar one. Didn't expect any good from it but it surprised me! It powers my Pioneer TS-W305C SVC sub just fine, inner bass is kicking but if you plan on winning competitions with it or expecting it to rip your trunk apart, then look somewhere else. One big con of this amp are the terminals. I could barely fit my 4 gauge wire in them and they seem very cheaply made... Other then that, I had it for over a month now and it never went on protection mode, or cut off for any reason. In general, this is a good amp to power a single 200-400 RMS sub. ... show more

I like the quality of the amplifier. It's a little difficult to change settings because you have to have a screw to change the settings. You can't change it with your fingernails or something. But overall, I'm very happy with the product ☺️

Bought this amp for $75. After 2 weeks the price dropped to $50. Amplifier only delivers ~180RMS and will seriously bottleneck any subwoofer you put in your car. It'll definitely power the sub, but you're still left wondering if you could get a deeper bass somehow. This amp isn't totally bad. It doesn't power off after running for 8 hrs a day, but I guess with such a low power draw that it really doesn't matter. Don't buy this amp. Spend your money on a brand name one that actually outputs the correct watts and rms. ... show more

Yes it only mono channel so you cant bridge it. But otherwise it's a great amp for my 10" inch kicker sub. I used a 4 gauge wire kit from Amazon but the wires were slightly to big and needed trimming. I'd suggest 6 gauge wire kit.

Pros: it works, is compact enough to put behind a seat and it was in the affordable range for a monoblock class D. Cons:Amplifier is overated at 2000watts peak. Amp is actually pushing around 1150watts peak @2ohms and closer to @ 850 watts rms. The lack of a bass remote control knob is rather irritating. Small connection terminals for speakers and power and grounds. Would I purchase again probably not. Would I recommend to someone? Only if they were not expecting any great big power for a powerfull speaker. ... show more
