Amp blew a speaker capacitor after randomly going in an out of protection mode after 3 months of use. Lanzar says amazon has to warranty it since they were the actual seller. Amazon says Lanzar has to warranty or they can only offer a refund. Im stuck with an audio system that sounds like im under water or deal with complete silence while they take their sweet time sending me another if i go through with the refund and repurchasing.. Will never buy anything like this from amazon again. ... show more

Defective-once I finally hooked it up it ended up not working & it was to late for a refund…make sure if you purchase to test it right away to make sure it works

    • Protect mode after 3 months. Horrible customer service!!!
Everything worked great after installing in my truck. After 3 months amp went into protect mode and no sound. Called customer service and giving me the run around even after I had a 1 yr warranty with it. Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Now I'm stuck with junk!!!
