Case itself is great. But the fingerprint section does not register which makes it hard to get into. Tried 2 different cases just in case one was fluked but no luck. Will return and try a different case

I read the other reviews and bought it anyway because it was the cheaper "all in one" option. Loved the wrist strap, but... It doesn't register regular finger touches through the transparent front screen depending on the temperature and scratches easily with a brand new S pen... Also I had to use my S pen on the touch screen 98% of the time. Completely aggravating. It wouldn't register a simple pattern unlock, again, had to use my S pen, every time, and will not register a swipe unlock 85% of the time. appears water tight, did not test that! Lol. It's hard to access the charging port, the pen access is tight but "easier". Always using an S pen deprives you of the regular key board in all apps and complicates all scrolling features among other things. I had to use the usb c to open the charging port almost every time, its that tight. This will not register a finger print through the front screen. So forget about any kind of quick access with this case. I did accidentally drop my phone about 3 times. (1 catastrophic) Happy to report at least there was no damage to the phone, but I can't stand the inconvenience and lack of responsiveness through the front screen and will be ordering a different case. Purchased Aug 2024 gave up Oct 2024. ... show more

In September 2020, I got the Oterkin Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Waterproof Case. Here in 2024, the power button fell off. The case had served me well and I wanted another but couldn't find one anywhere. I tried other cases until I happened upon this one. It seems a clone of the older case and I'm sure will serve me well for the next 5 years. Maybe by then, I'll be ready for a new phone - or maybe not. Another review said "no hole for the stylus pen" but the one I got DOES have a cover to open that makes the stylus available. ... show more
