In September 2020, I got the Oterkin Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Waterproof Case. Here in 2024, the power button fell off. The case had served me well and I wanted another but couldn't find one anywhere. I tried other cases until I happened upon this one. It seems a clone of the older case and I'm sure will serve me well for the next 5 years. Maybe by then, I'll be ready for a new phone - or maybe not. Another review said "no hole for the stylus pen" but the one I got DOES have a cover to open that makes the stylus available. ... show more

It's a good looking case, sturdy, easy to install/remove. My only issue is that the spot for the fingerprint sensor only allows the sensor to work about half the time. I'm often having to get into my phone by inputting the password now.

The phone case fits perfectly. However, the fingerprint recognition does not work. Plus, I can not charge my phone while in the phone case. My charger keeps my phone upright and do to the raised lip the phone will not make contact with the charging mechanism.

This is actually my second one. As long as they make this case I will always buy it. I can even use my finger print to open up my phone. Just follow directions. My phone looks brand new. I've dropped my phone on cement and it was fully protected. Reason why I really love it is because I live on the lake and dropped it in a mud puddle. I Grab it up, rinse it off and dried it really well. When I took the phone out of the case to check it, it was not harm at all. One more thing, it's not bulky and can still fit in my phone purse when I use my purse. Can't beat that! ... show more
