I purchased during the busy holiday time so the first 2 shipments were mishandled by my delivery drivers and came cracked. I dealt with they LAIYA customer service directly. They were great and resent the mirror twice with no issues. They were very understanding and polite. This mirror is the perfect full length size and fits perfectly on my bathroom wall. Installation was quick. We had to saw off the stand, but it was very easy (just be careful). It is firmly on the wall with the screws it comes with. When I received it, the chains on the back were broken but I didn’t want to go through the process of the return since it honestly was hard enough getting out the box and I didn’t have a box to put it back in. I went on vacation, and came back, it wouldn’t even turn on. I do have younger siblings, they could’ve messed with it while I was gone but honestly it’s just a regular mirror now. When I ordered there weren’t any reviews at all so I felt I was taking a chance! Now that it’s here there are a few reviews now. I’m not quite sure what all these bad reviews are about but I’m in love! It came perfectly packaged, although, it said “door” on the box and fragile wasn’t written anywhere. That confused me a little but still came in perfect shape. It’s huge and heavy which I don’t mind. Once it’s in the spot it’s meant for the weight doesn’t matter. Like others I believe the light could be brighter but I bought it for aesthetics not for a big bright light so I’m fine with it. Overall, I love the mirror. One of the corners of the frame is mis-aligned/not joined properly. Minor detail but annoying given the pricing. Controls can be clunky/slow to respond to input.

The media could not be loaded. Exactly what I wanted! Several light modes. Dimmable with a finger. On/off button & the controls right in front of my face. Came FULLY assembled.
