Beautiful, vibrant colors but so thin I was taken aback even though it was one of the outstanding comments in the reviews. I said to myself “They can’t be that thin“! And yet they are! It’s actually amazing. Anyway, I purchased these to place down the hallways in my home which are slippery laminate. I have an elderly dog and he has fallen more than a few times because of the slipperiness of the floor. What finally triggered my purchase of these runners was when I came home one evening to find him splayed out on the floor unable to arise. He weighs 100 lbs! Getting him up was quite a challenge by myself. So I purchased these runners and they are packaged in a bag similar to those when you purchase bedding. That was a couple of weeks ago and yet they still have fold marks in them but that does not affect their functionality nor their appearance to any degree. They have not slipped at all nor has the dog had any falls since installing the runners. Bought this for use in bathroom. Loved the color and the soft feel. Unfortunately have disabled family member that needs more traction then this would provide to get off the toilet. Must return. Unless you have similar issues this is a terrific rug. Soft as polar fleece. Rubber backing wasn't the problem, it was fine. These are flimsy. Super thin. They cannot be vacuumed because of how thin and flimsy they are. They look cheap.
