This came up on sale, and photography is a hobby of mine, so the instant printing aspect of printing for journaling and art has always appealed to me, and I just said “why not?” If it sucks it gets returned, I give it a crap review, and move on with life. Well, VERY surprisingly, it was easy to set up and use and the results are pretty good! It’s not what the photoshopping on the ads for this product show, but I was not expecting a “photo quality” product. I DO however wish that there was more sticker paper, and the colored paper (it comes with green, white and purple sticker paper) was optional, not standard. Other than that, it’s a pretty cool little toy, and good for decorating stuff, and journaling! HOWEVER: I have only had this for a short time, so if there are any issues, they haven’t popped up yet. The printer itself feels sort of chintzy and it warns about leaving it plugged in too long for overheating? (Yikes?) If I have issues down the line I will update. ... show more

I bought this for my granddaughter who loves stickers. She loved that it was small enough to carry in her backpack and that it doesn’t need ink to print. She can customize and print her own pictures or notes but also can choose to use their suggestions. The notes print in black and white. She is quite the artist and is loving that she can colorize these herself. The printer is so easy to use and she enjoyed being able to use right out of the box.     • It is so fun I’m buying a second one for my SIL

Honestly, I’ve had it for 20 minutes, so if there are issues later I will return and edit this, but I’ve had it 20 minutes and it’s so fun, I’m buying one for my sister-in-law for her birthday. It would be great for cute little grocery lists, it’s got to-do list templates in the app, and the sticker paper make this amazing for note taking. SIL is turning 18 and a senior in High School. This thing will be great for FUN and for note taking enhancement. I’m excited and a little jealous I didn’t have one in college… but I’m not sure I want to share with my grad student spouse… we may end up buying a second one for us too. The prints are clear. When I buy more paper I’m Going with the sticker paper so I don’t have to worry about gluing the notes down. It is a thermal printer so it’s got limits to its archival capacity (and be careful in summer, the notes will be sensitive to excessive heat. The first caveat comes with the understanding that this is an affordable product, and expectations should be tempered accordingly. However, the printing quality is subpar, to say the least. It's reminiscent of sketches drawn with a toe – blurry, undefined, and lacking the clarity one would expect from a sticker printer. When I first got this, it worked great. The kids loved it and thought it was a lot of fun. Picked it up today and it wouldn't work. Tried resetting it but still wouldn't work. Hooked it to my iPad and it was fine. So I Uninstalled the app on my phone and reinstalled it, now it works great. Something to consider if anyone else has trouble. ... show more

Very nice product and app but after 2 weeks of use the printer began to consistently alert that the lid was not shut completely. I have followed the roll orientation as instructed on the website and manual but nothing is troubleshooting the problem. If someone with Memoking sees this I will be happy to provide more information. Update: I got in contact with Memoking and they send another model which works great! Thank you! ... show more
