  • Excellent pants, super comfortable and work perfectly. Durability seems great.
Size: 48W x 38L Color: Khaki
Pants arrives as expected, very quick and packaged nice. The belt loops are large enough for a wide belt, perfect for Conceal carry. I have had them now for 5 months and they are as good as day one. Holding up very nicely and appear to be quite durable even though they are much lighter weight than denim jeans. The comfort is amazing, I am a larger guy at 46" waist and they have plenty of room in the crotch and are not tight around the thighs and give plenty of room for bending, working, sitting etc. The fit is good around the backside and the waist fits perfectly. They are far more comfortable to wear than my relaxed fit Levi's or any other pants. They don't look baggy / saggy but are definitely not skinny jeans. I have ordered two more pair in different colors. These are my go-to pants. They also work fantastic for shooting with pockets to hold extra magazines, ammo, or whatever else you may need. 30 round 5.56 P-mag fits great in the large leg pockets while pistol mags/knife fit nicely in the small front pockets. It is a little hard to retrieve smaller items out of the small front pockets as the opening is quite small for larger hands. The normal side pockets are perfectly shaped and are large so putting items in there such as phone, keys, wallet etc... is easy with plenty of room and it is super easy to retrieve the items, I fit my Samsung Note 10 in my front pocket easily without forcing it and still have room to insert my hand to retrieve it.. Even sitting with my phone in my pocket is comfortable and it doesn't smash up against my gut. The angle of the pocket opening is very natural and easy to use. Rear pockets are good sized and seal up nicely so you don't have your wallet squeezing out when you sit or bend. The only CON I have on these pants is that the larger sizes are one long length and will need to be cut & hemmed to your size to wear. Easily done by a qualified tailor or seamstress....still, kind of a pain. It still won't stop me from purchasing these pants because they are that good, and the price is still less than you'd pay for a new pair of Levi's. ... show more

  • Good value for everyday wear.
Size: 32W x 34L Color: Ranger Green
These fit as expected. The legs are full cut so there will be no binding of your legs. They will fit over boots well too. I like the color and material. Though the legs are full cut they are very comfortable and I wear them often.

  • Not true to size.
Size: 50 Color: Navy
The pants are outstanding in construction and correct color. They seem very well thought out for a fair price. My one complaint is they run small. I'm a big guy. I wanted room for an iwb holster. I normally wear a 48 waist, so I rdered size 50. I'm keeping them but there is no room for a holster iwb. The 50 just BARELY fits. I would say order 2 inches larger than you think you need. 50b is their largest size so my quest for perfect tactical pants goes on. Sadly. ... show more

  • Just excellent. I am iasecurity guard
Size: 44W x 34L Color: Charcoal
I work full time as a Security Guard in Pebble Beach CA and these are thin but durable, stain resistant and good for 45 deg to 80 deg. Slightly baggy , not excessive...just right. Only the waist is elastic on the sides.Pockets and key loops all over. Elastic waste is so comfortable since I am in and out of a van 56 miles all day and walk 5 miles a day. Extra belt loops. Man size crotch. I have used these for years and I am buying more for spares since I've found perfection. I've tried other pants by LA Gear. All very good but these are by far the best. I got 44x34 long. Long best if you are tall and Im 6ft 3in and like pants to touch my shoes and alittle more. Im pear shape and use side suspenders with elastic woven belt . I bought these to replace company provided Red Hat pants that were uncomfortable fall to pieces junk with a boa constrictor crotch made to fit a 10 year old.. I am buying these from Amazon indirectly because of Amazon customer service. ... show more

  • Husbands work pants
Size: 38W x 32L Color: Black
My husband bought these to wear to work. He works with car batteries and wanted something durable so that the battery acid would not leak through. It definitely did the job. The pants are well used at this point but still keeps him protected from the elements.

  • Quality - but sizing is inaccurate.
Size: 32W x 34L Color: Charcoal
I needed a pair of pants that are durable, will not bind when crouching, are water and stain resistant and have sufficient pockets to carry an array of items; specifically for “manual labor” chores. For me those chores could include building a rock wall, framing and carpentry, gardening, clearing snow, repairing equipment or just mowing the lawn. I’m tired of going through jeans which cost $80 a pop. Ironically, the first thing that comes to mind for me are hiking pants. Well forget that. I have several and while they are extremely comfortable, they lack the durability and won’t survive what I will put them through. I don’t like the fit of Carhartt pants as they’re just a straight fit (I have larger legs) and I feel like I’m wearing canvas that would be better suited on an easel. So I thought further and determined that our men and women in uniform put their clothing through brutal experiences. That’s how I found these. Firstly, I’m a 32 in the waist and have a 34 inseam. That’s what I ordered. I couldn’t even button these, even though they have an elastic waist. So they’re going back and I’m getting a 34/34 and I’ll use a belt. While the pants feel a bit stiff I am sure they’ll soften up a bit with wear. I like the pockets. I like the fabric. I like the way they actual fit in my legs. I don’t feel as if I am wearing “loose” fitting pants. Mind you, my legs are larger than most mens’ because of the amount of muscle building I do. So the fit feels excellent around my legs. When my new pants come in and I can actually button them, I will return and add to this review. I have some construction to do here at my house including foundation work, carpentry/framing/roofing and some landscaping/hardscaping. I’ll put these pants through some rigorous testing. Then I’ll adjust my review as necessary. March 2022 Edit: Three years later, an enormous amount of abuse and more than 200 washes these pants are now even more comfortable. They’ve softened a bit, all seams are still rock solid, pockets are intact even though they’ve held screwdrivers and pruning sheers and nails/screws, knees are still good and belt loops are intact. Quite impressive, really. The 34 is definitely closer to a slightly loose 32 and is comfortable with a belt, with no binding. I have quality blue jeans that would never have lasted this long with this kind of abuse. And the gray doesn’t show dirt or stains as easily and I promise they are there after a few hundred hours restoring a 1956 Ford truck. Time to grab a second pair before they’re suddenly made in a different factory. It’ll be interesting to see if the new ones match the pair from 1999! ... show more
