I have yet to wear this bandana that came tagged as 100% cotton. Honestly, I have never felt cotton this hard, even after three washings in hot water. What type of cotton is this? I'll give it three stars for the time being and a fair chance by wearing it. The fabric is extremely thin, and I doubt if it is very absorbent. We shall see. ... show more

It was a bit smaller than I imagined,but that was my own fault for not paying better attention.I wanted it to fold into a triangle and wear on my head under my Helmet.It can do it..but only just barely.I ordered it for the “Older Style”Camo Pattern,Its not Rare,But Most Everything now is Digital Camo. it’s well made,Not “Rip Stop”But a good material.I washed it several times to loosen it up.And also left it outside a few Sunny Days to Fade it a bit.Im relatively happy with it,and will most likely keep it in my Ruck as a Cloth for Cleaning or a bandage if needed. ... show more

I have owned a woodland bandana for about half a year and wanted to add to my collection. I ordered two of these from Amazon. Unfortunately they are not similar to those purchased earlier. 1) The fabric is not cut square. In other words the bandana when folded will not fold nicely and will hang over on one side or the other. 2) Color scheme while similar to the Woodland camo pattern so loved by our armed forces is not the same in this variant. The pattern is smaller and darker than the original BDU colors. 3) Product is not made in USA. *note: I purchased this product from the lowest priced competitor. Apparently their version of this product is not the same as JD PowerSellers version. I originally bought from JD PowerSellers and it was great! Update: I feel that I have been slightly unfair to the reputable sellers. Originally this review was on the large woodland camo bandana. It appears that that particular item has been discontinued and my review has been moved here, unfairly biasing the normal 22" bandana. The 22" 4141 Rothco bandana is the first bandana that I have owned in this series and it was great. Steer away from those marked Larger than 22 inch which was the original subject of my review. ... show more

I got the camo bandana to give as a gift. My initial impression was disappointment as it was very stiff. The recipient has shared that it gets softer with each washing and they like the size, the print, and its durability. Would purchase again.
