The only thing that disappoints me about it is that over the years (like just about every other corporation), the amount of liner has decreased and then the price started increasing. The only complaint I have is that the pencil breaks off easily if you are not careful. You can only have a bare minimum workable extension of the pencile. Not much past the opening. Have been using this pencil for several yrs. It’s smudge proof, water proof and does not come off

I have tried a lot of eyeliners and none of them applied as easily as this one. The Black/Brown is natural looking and glides on. Some directions would have been helpful. You twist the backend like a marker to use, and reverse twist to retract it. The built-in sharpener is in the cap, it just takes a twist or two to get a point. I have not used the little white silicone thing that's on the other end. It might be smugger. ... show more
