I spray this in my curly hair on days I want to keep my hair a bit wavier, as opposed to 'curly.' It works great as a setting spray if I use it right after I dry my hair with the diffuser.

3/19/15 This product is small for the price so I am hoping a little goes a long way. I have yet to use it on wet hair, but I did try it on dry messy hair and it was a bit sticky but it did give me body so we will see. I love my other Lanza products so I have high hopes for this. 4/4/15 So I have been using this quite a bit to hold and enhance my natural wave or when I curl my hair. It gives a bit of body and is not stiff so it moves and feels like hair, which I like. The smell is unique but it fades you just smell it as you spray it. Anyway, the only thing I don't like is that by the end of the day my hair feels dirty. What I mean by dirty is that I can feel product on my hair like residue. My hair is still soft to the touch it just feels like theres product coating the hair if that makes sense so once my curl/wave falls the hair will tangle a bit. This also prevents me from wearing second day hair . Overall, I do like it but I like to use it when my hair is damp out of the shower to hold my natural hair. When I do this I don't want to wash my hair again the next day as I am trying to get my hair healthy again and washing everyday dries it. If you want something flexible to hold and keep your style natural this is perfect just plan on washing your hair. Remember a little bit is all you need! ... show more

    • This product is great but depending on your wallet a bit pricey.
I have used this product for some time now. I am male, with thin (not thinning 😁) hair Blond hair..... and it is one of the few that doesn't plaster you hair down nor require a blower. And true to to the 'Beach' labeling you hair actually seems a bit lighter. Wash, towel dry, a few spritzes....air dry .... just fluff move around with fingers. Done. ... show more

    • For those who want a Wet or Dry look
Give your hair the look that you just left the beach or swimming pool, without you having a wet head. Also the smell is attractive. Spray lightly to hold your hair in place w/o a wet look. You can Spray more to get that "Beach and I just left the Pool Look". Try it I think you will like it When I leave the beach or pool, I comb my hair back with my hands and the water keeps my hair in place. My stylist in Studio City, CA -Deborah Miller-noticed my practice, and suggested I try "L'anza Style Beach Spray". Since I can't be in the Pool or at the Beach every day!     • It curls well, but I've grown sick of the smell
I definitely find that my hair curls better via a blow drying + scrunching method with this product than without it. I give it four stars because I initially loved the smell when I first bought it, but over the year I've used this product, the more sick of the smell I've gotten. I find that I can't use this anymore cause the scent is so strong, but beyond that it is a great product. ... show more

    • Smells fantastic & works but sticky
My stylist used this stuff on me and I like it because it smells great and it gives fantastic lift to your hair if you comb your hair in the opposite direction it will fall, rub it in at the root and blow dry before letting it fall the normal way you wear it. However, I find it does leave some build-up and can be a tad sticky. I have waist-length THICK hair but it's fine in texture. I try and go at least a couple days between shampoos and if I use this stuff I'm VERY ready for a shampoo when those every 2-3 day shampoos roll around. Overall it's a great product. ... show more

I've used this product for years. The last time I bought it, the bottle had 8.5 ounces and cost $15.99. I bought two bottles at that time. Now they are selling the same product for twice the price and half the product. That's pretty pricey. I'll be asking my stylist for suggestions for a replacement. ... show more
