Just came back from a trip to Europe and this worked wonderfully! The fact that it switches voltage, made it possible to use with my voltage converters. I’m tossing my current flat iron, as this is a WINNER! Curls and straightens like a champ. I have fine, fragile hair and it doesn’t pull or break.

This is a good hair straightener for the money. Yes, I think there’s better hair straighteners out there, but for the price, this is a good deal. It doesn’t pull my hair when I straighten it and it does leave it soft and shiny. I’m still trying to figure out how to curl my hair with it, that’s probably my biggest complaint is that it doesn’t curl as well as past straighteners that I’ve had. ... show more

I've just recently been introduced to L'ange brands. After reading all the reviews, written and YouTube, a friend had requested this as a gift. We were testing it out and seeing how it worked for us. I have super fine hair and she has super thick hair. It worked amazingly for both of us and our different hair types. It's super light weight and easy to use. The performance just cannot be matched. It straightens and curls in just one pass, without leaving dents and pulling on the hair. It leaves it sleek and shiny. It is very well worth every penny. I originally bought this for a trip to Ireland because it is dual voltage. I chose this specific straightener because I recognized the brand and it was relatively low priced. While it did work perfectly for me while I was in Ireland voltage wise (you will still need a regular plug adapter, but not a power converter), the clamp doesn’t seal perfectly so strands of hairs near the bottom of the metal plates will slip out. Essentially, there is a small gap between the metal straightening plates near the bottom, whereas the top portion of the plates meet up. The gap in the plates looks very small in the picture, but it makes a big difference considering how small in width strands of hair are! I could still use the hair tool, it was just frustrating to have to use very small portions of hair and make sure I only used the top half of the straightening area. Basically, I will only use this for international travel and will definitely go back to using my revlon straightener while in the states! ... show more

This had all of the features I was looking for. A dial to keep the temperature constant so that I don't have to reset it every time I use it. A big plus for me because I don't have to look for reading glasses every time I use it and it's difficult to find this feature anymore. The back end is closed so that it doesn't pinch my hand. The only issue I've noticed is that the temperature seems cooler than my other straightening irons. It's fine for me since I don't need a very hot iron. I'm happy with it. ... show more
