OMG, finally I buy a pencil that doesn't disappear off my waterline in 15 minutes. And so cheap too! The reviews didn't lead me astray. I have oily eyes, and even after 8 hours, 90% of the pencil is still on my waterline. The color goes on so creamy and dark, no rubbing it forever on the waterline or using a lighter to get a good black pigment. This is the first pencil out of many purchases that actually stays on my waterline. Stop buying Revlon Colorstay or NYX and get this. It is SUPER black and opaque. Since it's a creamy formula, the tip is fragile, and I've already broken off the first portion--the cap hit it while I was trying to put it on. So keep on mind to be careful when you're re-capping and only use light pressure to apply. Will be re-purchasing, which I never do with most makeup products. Firstly, I love the color. I bought this in two different colors and both are really sharp and accurate when you compare them with the website pictures. Secondly, this stuff stays put! I'm a pretty active person and this eyeliner really holds up, all day long with no need to reapply. The only issue I have is that often, while applying, it will break off. This is true even if you don't have a lot of it sticking out. I don't press super hard in the first place but I really have to the extra gentle when applying and even then sometimes it will break. I ordered this and when I used it, the tip broke off 3 times. It was dried out and I returned it for a new one. I received it overnight and it works very well. Smooth application without skipping or breaking. I didnt wash it off and slept with it. Today it is in place with no smudging. I washed it off easily also, and then reapplied.
