i was originally using mehron white face paint for my goth/editorial looks, but then i found this while looking for a different white base. i love this stuff, it’s very pigmented and has decent coverage! the white face paint i was using was very thick and made my skin texture look so bad, but this stuff is very thin/runny, and doesn’t accentuate all of my skin texture. if you’re looking for a good white base for goth makeup or clown type makeup, definitely get this. you could also mix loose powders into it to make other colors, or use it to lighten foundation/concealer that’s too dark! ... show more

i had a lot of trouble trying to find a white foundation that didn’t feel too cakey or thick, and i’m so glad i got this one! it feels super light on the skin and applied so nicely!! 100% would recommend for any struggling goths out there

I did half/half for comparison One side of my face has the regular porcelain color the other has the white foundation. Can you tell which is which? It brightens and hides the redness and blue veins perfectly. But I think I’ll have to shave my peach fuzz with my straight razor so it will go on smooth. No amount of cream, moisturizer, primer, or anything super hydrating has been able to make the white foundation look photo finish. But I do really like it. Oh! Super important! Use a wet (very lightly damp foundation sponge) and squirt on the same amount as the tip of a 10g needle. ASK ME HOW MANY TIMES I REDID IT ALL BEFORE FIGURING OUT THE MAGIC AMOUNT NUMBER?!? Hint it’s more then 20 and less then the number required for me to toss out the product as a failure. ... show more

I came across this one day in my extra makeup bin. I thought I would give it a try, am I glad I did! This goes on smooth and stays all day. There is not blotchiness like the more expensive types I have tried. The color matches perfect and doesn’t come off on my clothes. Who knew a much cheaper product could be so great! it’s good if you wanna just be pale and not stark white but for my needs I needed it to be WHITE so i’d recommend stark white setting powder! and I recommend setting powder ANYWAY cuz it WILL rub off easily if not! if you want stark white I also recommend a brush not a beauty blender

i first used the mehron foundation stick for when i did full-faces of makeup, but it was very cakey and greasey since it is grease paint. when i switched to this, best decision ever!! its very lightweight on the skin and as someone with dry skin it is very hydrating. blends super well and is fairly full coverage. my only complaint is that it does crease under the eyes, so i suggest getting a concealer with this foundation. otherwise, loved it!!!! ... show more

goths, corpsepaint wearers and clownery enthusiasts: this is a decent inexpensive option for a white base. it’s pretty pigmented and buildable, my only problem is that it never seems to dry. you need to have a white/translucent preferably loose powder to set this stuff. otherwise, it has kind of a strange barely noticeable smell but it doesn’t bother me too much. ... show more
