We recieved the racks and upon opening both racks were damaged on the ends. Manufacturer needs to provide better end protection. Due the the short amount of time we had upon receiving and leaving for our trip, we had to make them work. We are grateful the end caps conceal the damage, but it took effort to bend them out to make them fit together as intended. Overall assembled they look good. ... show more

Rack is good. Instructions are not clear. Found a YouTube video. The locks on the end of the rack are mainly for show and to keeps the rubber strips from coming loose.

I have run with these a few weeks. So far, everything seems good with these (low noise, decent attachment). Do note: 1. installation directions are vague, but if you are handy you can figure it out. 2. the keys do not really provide any real security, they just hold the end caps in place.
