Works well, a little slow switching between computers but rock solid performance after that. Using it with a wireless keyboard/mouse, laser printer, Blue Yeti and USB drive. Make sure it is on the computer you are booting so you don't get a keyboard POST error.

Works right out, no drivers needed. Switching was very easy with the wired remote, it quickly changed from one machine to another directly. I can hide the switch under a desk and be able to have a tidy work area. I can also have the remote attached under a desk with double-sided tape - I just need to memorize which buttons to press. In addition the switch also supports external power, I don’t see using this for now since my computers provide enough power to the switch. The light indicator on the switch is very bright, does not bother me since I have it under my desk. All needed cables are included in the unit. Both the wired remote and USB cable to power the switch are long enough for my purpose. The USB 3.0 cables that connect to my computers are sturdy but unfortunately short, just about 30 inches. This limitation does not work for my setup since I do not have all my computers all close to each other. Luckily, I have a few longer cables that I was able to use with this switch. So for anyone with the same limitation, it is best to order longer cables to go along with this unit. ... show more

I'm constantly working on projects here and there, and have several different desktops hooked up at the same time, but I hate having to take the USB out to switch between devices. This USB switch selector is just what I needed and this allows me to plug in four different PCs the same time, while maintaining 1 set of peripherals to control each of them. I have two computers that I am using, and having this switch box has made a huge difference. I need to switch computers often. This switch hub is designed so you can switch from two to four devices. The cutting down on the number of cables saves the cluttering of my workspace. The hub could be hidden if that is possible. Included is a wired remote for easy switching between devices. There are also four buttons for switching on the hub. Most switch boxes do not include the remote and most are for switching between two computers. The remote is a big help. The transfer rate for large files is average. There are four USB ports, and this switch comes with 4 USB3 cables.The power cable is USB micro. It is plug-and-play, and no driver is required.     • Easy to use and great solution!

First I want to explain what this is as there may be some confusion with potential buyers. This is a device that allows you to have a set number of USB devices (4) that can be shared/switched between other computers. So say you have two or more computers near each other and don't want to have multiple mice and keyboards, this is for you! The caveat here is that this isn't a KVM (it will not switch video) so you will need separate monitors for each computer. The big trade off here as I see it though is that many KVMs don't include this many USB inputs. I've used this now for several days though and found it works perfectly. It's quick, I don't see issues when I use the switch on devices and it's made it very practical and easy to switch between computers on my desk (as I have two separate monitors). I feel like the build quality on this is very nice as well and I appreciated them including multiple USB cables to support up to four PCs. Overall, super happy with this, it works great and is well designed. I'd again just caution people to make sure they are aware that this won't share monitors but if that isn't needed, you're all set! ... show more
