The 24 lbs version without the upper half is very awkward to use. Since there is no upper half to rest on in the missionary position, you put yourself in awkward positions just to stay in, and you use muscles that you probably didn't know you had. Laying on your back is awkward too because you need two hands to hold the floppy thing up and an extra hand to guide yourself in. Maybe it's just me, but I don't have three hands.
