Bought 2 kits. One kit came with the advertised masonry bits the other kit's bits were missing. Both kits were sealed with plastic over-wrap and visually identical.

Using these to mount reflectors to brick. The bit that came with this works well in a masonry drill. The plugs went in easy after drilling. I tried to pull the reflectors out using my hand and they did not budge.

The drill bits that came with the kit would not drill hot butter. The kit came in good condition. Had to purchase drill bits at the big box store to use the needed parts from the kit.
