Basically an OEM filter. Nicely surprised by the quality of this KURIMUP filter. My dusty dirt road always causes early air filter replacements on all my vehicles so going with OEM is just not cost effective. This is a high quality filter that is hard to tell from OEM and fits perfect in my 2017 Civic. At this cost point it is much more manageable to replace the filter sooner and retain good fuel economy then to stretch out a costly OEM filter a few more months. I’m always a bit suspicious of offbrand filters, but this one looks really well-made and fits perfectly in my Honda. I don’t think you’ll go wrong getting this one if you choose to do so.

    • A comparable substitute for an OEM air filter
I prefer to replace my own cabin and engine air filters and like to have an extra one hand in between changes. This engine air filter is for my 2019 Honda Civic and it compares favorably to the more expensive Honda filter. It even looks better than other non-OEM filters I have used, and is offered at a better price. I have not yet had a chance to use it, as the current filter is still clean, but I did ensure that it is a perfect fit for my vehicle. It may not fit newer Civics so check on Amazon; there is a helpful feature that lets you know whether any part or accessory is compatible with your make, model and year of car. ... show more
